Josh was outstanding! Up front he answered all of my questions and gave me an immediate quote. I tried to get quotes from two other companies but they failed to do so. Josh sent a technician (J.R.) from Huntington West Virginia to solve my problem. J.R. was also outstanding with his repair work and also training a new technician. after calling numerous other companies, i was exceptionally pleased with the consideration given my call. their inspector came out, took a lot of time finding out what was wrong. their office staff were also helpful. the gentleman repairing the lift took great pains to insure that my problem was solved. parts and labor were reasonably priced. I like how quickly the ramp was assembled. I like that it can easily be disassembled. The ramp is not slippery even in the rain. The salesman was very friendly and readily answered my questions. The assemblers were very knowledgeable and kind. This has been a very stressful season and 101 Mobility helped to make life better.
