The technician spent a lot of time going over the features with us after the installation and making sure that we knew exactly how to use the lift before leaving. We were most impressed with the work done by 101 Mobility. The gentleman who installed our lift in our garage were professional, careful, and knowledgeable. They were careful in removing it from the wooden platform and braces holding the lift in the truck. They performed all of the requirements in getting the lift to operate properly and efficiently.
