“I contacted Dave at the Bensalem 101 Mobility this Saturday morning and he & his company quickly became my hero! 101 Mobility supplies stair lifts, elevators, everything mobility related really. My elderly mom has a brain injury so we have a lift supplied by our carrier to move her about; but, as of this morning our lift was saying that the battery would no longer charge & needed to be replaced. Our carrier couldn’t send the repair service out… until later this week, so I called 101 Mobility to try & rent a replacement for a week because not having a lift with an non-ambulatory person is catastrophic. Dave completely saved the day. He offered to just loan….yes I said loan free of charge….a battery for our lift. Who does that? Customer service totally OVER THE TOP!! I will forever be grateful to 101 Mobility and owner Dave. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
