From our initial consultation until the completion of the installation Brian Clackley and Shawn Summers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. There were a few minor issues but everything was handled properly. The equipment appears to be reliable and well constructed and we are hoping for many years of service out of our platform lift and our stair lift.
