We purchased our BRUNO chair lift in 2006 to accommodate relatives and friends with health issues. This chair lift is a “tank” – designed and built to last. We have replaced the two 12vdc batteries twice and the charger once (which is a small cost for expected maintenance). Also, the four “buttons” (two on the downside of the chair and the two corresponding charging dock buttons on the frame rail) have worn out. I was able to use a few rubber washers to fix this problem, however, I will be ordering a factory designed set in the near future. I appreciate Mr. Caeden Zlata’s assistance in providing me with an appropriate web site to order these parts. As for customer servervice – EXCELLENT! Abby went above and beyond to secure a used remote control for us (one of the two we had encountered a tragic demise). When I went to your store Abby already had the invoice prepared for the remote and Caeden made sure it was the best one of the used remotes in stock and he replaced the 9-volt battery with a new one and explained to me how to “sync” it with our 2006 BRUNO and now it works as advertised. Both Abby and Caeden are professional, experienced and demonstrate caring for their customer’s satisfaction. Thank you, GARY MUSIL

Professional, Great customer service, prompt and great work ethic.

Very attentive, prompt and they cleaned up their work space every day. It was a joy working with Caeden and his crew. Thank you!

They were very kind when my dad broke his leg and were able to give us a stairlift within days. They were diligent in installing and followed through. I would highly recommend them!

Great work, excellent communication, and very timely response.

The sales person and the person who came to measure the ramp were very professional. The installers were on time, very knowledgeable and had a very high attention to detail. I would HIGHLY recommend 101 Mobility.

Prompt response to my request for information on a stairlift. Got a quote the same day and install in two days. Equipment high quality and installation was smooth and professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
