“I contacted 101 Mobility of Charleston because my father-in-law is coming to live with us, and we needed a stairlift installed so he could safely access our home. From my very first phone call, the customer service was outstanding. I was greeted warmly, and the staff immediately understood exactly what we needed. They assured me they could take care of it quickly. After I sent them a few photos of our staircase, they were at our home within a… day to install the lift. The General Manager, Caeden Zlata, personally came to our home and handled the installation. During the installation, he noticed that the motor on the lift didn’t sound quite right. Rather than overlooking it or telling us it would be addressed later, Caeden went back to the business, picked up a new motor, returned, and installed it without delay. That level of attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really impressed us. From the first phone call through the completed installation, everyone at 101 Mobility of Charleston was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional.
