Jessica Reid

Jessica is originally from Goldsboro, NC, and joined the 101 Mobility team in March 2025. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. Her passion for helping others achieve mobility freedom comes from personal experience; her mother uses a ramp at home, which allows her to maintain her independence and navigate daily life.

Outside of work, Jessica is a hairstylist who enjoys traveling and trying new foods. When she’s not assisting customers, you can find her spending time with her family or treating herself to a shopping spree.
