I liked the stair chair lift that was installed in our house by your knowledgeable and friendly service tech by the of Raul. It was installed in a few hours. Quick and easy! And Raul cleaned up after the job was done. I also liked the the quick response I got when I had an issue with the charger. It was taken care of with no questions asked.

Customer service is awsome, very professional, very understanding of our situation, From the first visit to the last visit for installation. They made accommodations for our need, we ordered on Friday, and it was completely installed on Monday. We were able to use immediately.

I love my chairlift. Before I got it I went downstairs once a day and stayed till time to retire. Or I stayed upstairs if my feet were swollen. Now I come and go at will.
