“I want to thank 101 Mobility. Eldon is a great dude. Ready to help. My used porch lift broke down on a Friday evening after 5pm. Was referred by Alberta manufacturer (RAM) of nearby 101 Mobility service. Was friggin amazed that somebody answered the phone at that time after 5:30. He was very sympathetic with my situation and promised to help. He and his helper came on Sunday morning and had working great again in about a hour. Some limit switch… was off the track. “I contacted Eldon at 101 Mobility to enquire about a stair lift for my parents’ home. We decided the Handicare Freecurve best suited their needs. They also preferred the appearance of its single curved rail versus the double rail offered by other brands. It took approximately 3 weeks for Handicare to manufacture my parents’ customized stair lift. The installation by 101 Mobility was neat and professional. The stair lift is easily operated… by a joystick on the armrest or by remote control. Early on, my parents did experience intermittent issues that required service. The problems were traced to a faulty control board which 101 Mobility replaced at no additional cost. It has since operated reliably. My parents are pleased with the greater mobility the stair lift provides. We’re happy that we chose 101 Mobility — their after-sales service is exemplary.
