“I recently fell and broke 2 bones near my ankle so I could not go down steps into garage or driveway so we contacted 101 and they came over to see best way to temporarily give me access to visit Drs etc. They gave us a creative suggestion to put in a chair lift in the garage which gave us access to transportation! The installer, Lucas, was here yesterday and in 90 minutes had done the install and his demeanor was friendly and supportive!
