He was friendly and did a great job from start to finish. Although, the disappointment came from the 3 phone calls to make the appointment. First, I was told the person who makes the appointment was out and that a message would be left for her to return my call. Second the call was never returned. I had to initiate contact again. Thirdly, I wanted to schedule a removal of my older lift and still have not heard from 101 to schedule that appointment. Your problems come from the office staff, not that their not nice they just do what they say they will.”

Now the story of the repairs I’ve had done. After I got the chair home I plugged it in to charge it because the lights were only red and two yellow lights. After charging all night it still had the same lights. Two service men came and couldn’t fix it. I was told that it had a full even though it was not showing it..not to worry Two years later my chain was dead so I called to have it fixed. The battery was dead so they had to order one. My batter was in around $700. The service call to diagnose the problem was $150 and an additional $75 to come back to install the new battery! After charging it still had only a red light on it! So I called them again and a service man came our and actually fixed. Another $150. In other words they will kill you on service calls.”

We could not use the chairlift when we arrived b/c there was no key or control box at the bottom of the steps. No key at top of steps either. As a result my 86 year old mother fell down a flight of outside steps w/multiple injuries. EMS has to pick her up and we spent the day at the hospital. She became so frail I had to put her in Assisted Living this past Monday. I returned to the beach today and there is still no box w/key at the bottom of the steps and no key at the control box at the top. I am here tomorrow. I want my outdoor chair lift fixed ASAP !!!!! I was told that this would be a fast turnaround and was hopeful that my husband would be able to use it before he passed. The only way he benefited from it was for the EMT to transport him and that was 3 times. He passed on July 28th. I was not told that part of the outside finish would be up to me to contact a contractor to finish. The 2 x 4 are exposed to weather that I was not told about. It really looks like trailer trash. When you pay $21,000 for a product you expect a finished product.”
