We are very pleased with our new Bruno stairlift! We have a disabled child who has difficulty going up and down stairs. She can now go down the stairs without falling! The stairlift is easy to operate, has a wide seat and footrest, and can be operated by using the controls on the arm of the chair or with the remote control. It takes up part of the stairway but there is plenty of room to walk up and down the stairs for those who chose to walk. We did a lot of internet browsing when we looked into getting a stairlift and decided to choose the Bruno stairlift. We called 101 Mobility which is in our area, spoke with Bill Schwartz, and he was able to come to our home within a day. He provided the estimate that same evening. Because the stairlift is custom made, we had to wait 4 weeks to have it installed. Very much worth the wait! The guys that installed it made sure we knew how to operate it when they were done. All of the guys from 101 Mobility were very kind and professional! Definitely a great experience!

That it is easy to use and solved out problem easily!

Thus far we have been very happy with the stair lift we had installed last Monday. Sean and his helper did a good job and we appreciate all Sean has done to help us. Making a decision on a large ticket item has always been done with both my husband and I. Due to his health problems, I had to rely on our son and daughter to advise me. The decision wasn’t made lightly as I felt a huge responsibility spending so much money. I can honestly say I am thankful and pleased with the decision to have the stair lift made and installed. My husband is impressed how well the track is made….steel. Chair is very comfortable and we would recommend one to any person who feels the need for the additional help the stair lift provides. It gives my husband his independence, which is so important. I even use it. Many thanks for the great person you have here in Wichita that helped in making this decision as stress free as he could.
