It only took a little over two hours, although we had been warned that it might take up to four hours. “101 Mobility is a great company to work with if you’re looking for a stairlift. Professional, no hidden costs, someone will come out and measure your stairs for a quote. It doesn’t take long after that. I felt no pressure in purchasing one right away. They are local so repairs shouldn’t be a problem when needed. The install was done quickly but professionally. The gentleman didn’t leave until my mother understood how to operate it… safely. Christina was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions.
