Big business runs on AI while these two locations are owned and ran by military veterans that want to provide top rate service not only to Oklahoma veterans but to all disabled Oklahomans. 101 Mobility is trustworthy in a time when companies speaking the truth is hard to find. This company goes out of their way to make you feel that they stand for People over Profits. I want a… company that is not afraid to communicate with me and I know what is going on. I do not have energy to have to guess next steps and 101 Mobility lays out the plan to get you back in your mobility quickly. I cannot say enough about Paul and Jenny. I was scared at first to call because I thought it would be too expensive for me. Do not do this. With 101 Mobility it is like calling up a family member, they meet you where you are at, in that moment, and how to better your situation, you are not in this alone. “VA purchased and had our lift installed from a place in Fayetteville, AR, there were parts missing, the straps weren’t installed and the chain was so loose that it was constantly off the track, we weren’t able to get the scooter in and out of the van because the lift didn’t work. They sent Nicholous and another man, I wish that I could remember his name because he was awesome too, out the first time, they assessed the problem, got it… working so that we could use it, ordered the parts that were needed and then Nicholous came back to install them. I am so thankful for them and the work that they did for us, the lift works and when driving I don’t hear the lift moving and rattling.
