The people I worked with were excellent…the stair lift is quiet, easy to operate, and installed fast! My mom can now enjoy a regular life with her own area upstairs….she uses a walker and wheel chair so getting upstairs was not possible before the stair lift was installed….love this company and the product the sold to us!
