Stairlifts and Ramps Installed

Hear From Our Customers

This was the first time that we had to replace anything on our chair lift. We have had it since 2013 since we purchased it. Everyone is professional and you get an appointment for getting something fixed quickly.

Installed a chair lift for our subdivision pool. Great to work with, it was a process for them to install because of permits etc., they did a great job of communicating where they were in the process. Also, did a great job on installation.

They are dependable and your staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and more.

101 Mobility was quick to respond to our installation and subsequent service needs. The staff was friendly and professional.

The service was exceptional! The product is wonderful. I was so grateful to see how unobtrusive the lift is and how convenient it is to use! I will highly recommend your company and especially Jason! He made the whole experience joyful!

101 Mobility did a great job! Very customer-oriented, very friendly, and very efficient! I would highly recommend 101 Mobility to anyone needing this type of service!

Service man was very professional and nice. He explained everything about the chair lift to me so I could understand how it operates.

I liked the fact that I was able to go to their office to see one of their stair lifts in operation, not having seen one before. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant to deal with. And I think their price was very fair. They set an appointment to install my chair and showed up on time and installed it quickly. I have been using my lift almost 1 1/2 years now and really appreciate it.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
