“After consulting with other companies, choosing 101 Mobility was an easy decision. My first encounter was with their salesman, Mike, who was very knowledgeable with several options and he readily assessed that a Bruno would be best for our situation since we have a long and narrow stairway and this lift occupied minimal space and was very easy to operate. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating and presented his product without a “hard… sell.” He provided an estimate on that same day and also investigated an additional optional automatic door opener for future consideration. Cammelle was very prompt with following up to schedule the installation and provide appointment reminders. We were also able to visit their showroom to try out the recommended model before moving forward. Installers, Scott and Greg, called when they were close to arriving and pulled up exactly at the appointed time. Before beginning, they explained the installation process in detail and were adept at adapting the rail to our long staircase. They were very friendly and professional and patiently took the time to demonstrate all the features of the lift and made sure that I could operate it with ease. If servicing should be needed at any time it will be provided by the 101 Mobility crew and not subcontractors. If you are considering a stairlift, look no further than this company.
