“101 Mobility did an amazing job of getting the chairlift installed for my parents. Throughout the process they were very communicative and tried their best to expedite the delivery and install of the unit. We went with the Flow X model due to it’s automated features and its ability for a drop nose finish so we don’t have to drill into the tiles. The chair works great and see an immediate improvement in my mom’s well being as she can not… independently go up and down the stairs without someone monitoring her. “My wife and are seniors and we decided many years ago that a stairfift was a good idea to extend our enjoyment and use of our home that we have lived-in for 35 years. We live in an house that is essentially one-level located on a hillside. Our garage is on a lower level, and we have a straight 17-step stairwell leading from the garage to our family room running behind an entertainment center. After an exhaustive research and the strong… recommendation from a friend and satisfied customer, we decided to go with the Bruno 300-pound Elite Straight Rail stairlift. After contacting Bruno online we were referred to 101Mobility of San Diego located in Carlsbad. Mike Nemish responded to our request for a quote with a visit to scope out our request, share his insights, make measurements , etc. I found Mike to be a straight-shooter. He developed a trustwith us from the start. By the next business day, he emailed a proposal that we considered to be most reasonable and timely. There was no presuure or embelishments in the quotation process. We were attracted by the top-of-the-line reputation for quality and value of system manufacturer Bruno, my friend’s recommendation and the local service and installation resources presented by 101 Mobility. Without any delay, Mike and Customer Service Manager Cammelle Fortes scheduled the installation time within two weeks of presenting the quote. Installation technicians Greg and Mickey arrived as promised on May 27 and completed the installation and training that day. Both techicans were professional, cordial, very helpful and understanding and made sure that the installation was neat, tidy and orderly. My wife and I were most impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the entire 101 Mobility team, and we were very pleased to accept the installation with full confidence that Bruno and 101 Mobility were prepared to standby their product, service and reputations.
