Everyone we met both at the showroom and at our home were personable and efficient. having the showroom is an added bonus as it allows customers to see and experience the equipment they are considering. 101 Mobility provided our home with a chair lift and grab bars. The staff was informative and friendly when providing options for us concerning the chair lift. They were on time and efficient on installation day. The grab bars were a higher standard than I expected. The chair lift which we rented appeared to be brand new. I would recommend 101 Mobility to anyone who is caring for a loved one recovering from surgery.

“I love this center! The staff is so friendly and amazing the the children. Within the first week of my baby being there several teachers knew her by name which made me feel great! They’re so attentive to updating the app so you always know what you’re child has been up to. Ms. Caitlin has been a DREAM working in the infant room, my husband and I really appreciate all she does for our baby girl. Truly though, I can’t say enough great things about… the staff in general. Even when I had a mild panic attack (first time Mom), the director Ms. Jessica was so kind, polite, and took the time to make sure I was heard and that they were doing things that made me even comfortable! My baby is 5 months and has been there about 6 weeks, I honestly have 0 anxiety about sending her there M-F; I know I am in the loop with everything, I know when events are the staff greats me everyday. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place to send your children.”

We’ve sent our little since she was 3 months old and while we were uneasy about sending her off somewhere for the whole day, our worries were quickly gone. The entire staff was welcoming and reassuring from day 1. The teachers truly care about their kiddos and their development. We know that while we might not be there for her “first”, they will still be celebrated the same. The teachers show… genuine love and it’s so heartwarming as a parent knowing they will be taken care off all day. The cheers, love, support, and suggestions are so appreciated. “I genuinely have enjoyed living here. While the walls being extremely thin is unpleasant, majority of the appliances are of decent quality and have lasted since move-in. Whether you’re in a classic or updated unit, it does look nice. If anything breaks or needs tweaking, maintenance is typically on it at least same day or within 48 hours. Neighbors are friendly or don’t bother you at all, never really see any police presence, and no package… pirates (as far as I know). Delivery drivers tend to have a hard time over here – Amazon, DoorDash, UberEats… so I wish we had more outdoor lighting and bigger unit numbers. Beyond it all, these townhomes are affordable, safe, quiet (hopefully your neighbors are), and nice quality.”
