We received immediate response to schedule appointment for repair of our chairlift. Bill Eager, Mobility Specialist, was courteous, informative and most expedient. It was a pleasure doing business with 101 Mobility. Thank you.

The chair lift is easy to use. The people of 101 were the best – they bent over backwards to help me in my time of trouble – made sure I had everything I needed & followed up to make sure I was doing ok. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you.

From the time I called for assistance everyone was friendly, courteous and understanding. Jason (the tech providing support) was friendly and very professional. Was on time and provided quality services and provided information concerning the problem and what needed to be done to correct it.

We love our stair lift. It moves so quietly. Everyone in the company were easy to work with and so pleasant and knowledgeable. Larry has a great team!

Product was ordered, delivered, and installed as quoted in a timely and professional manner. The installers were very thorough, knowledgeable, and worked around my schedule.

101 Mobility was a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service & compassion they presented. It’s refreshing to know that there are still businesses that care! I highly recommend them.

It has been very easy to work with your team on all levels and we are satisfied with the equipment and maintenance. Thank you very much.

101 Mobility is a very professional company that shows up when scheduled and performs quality work. I had them install a custom chairlift in my parents home for my 80 year old mother to use. We have had the lift for 5 months and have had zero issues.

The service was excellent. Everyone was courteous, friendly & the work was completed in a very timely manner.

We are happy we can rent a pool lift for my husband, so that he can swim for his exercise. They are very prompt and friendly and we appreciate the fact that we don’t have to move the lift in for the winter.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
