“I can’t say “thank you” enough to Ken and 101 Mobility. My mom came home from rehabilitation today expecting all of the equipment she trained on to be available and waiting. Unfortunately the wrong kind of transfer equipment was ordered by the rehabilitation facility and was unusable for Mom’s safe transfer from location to location in the house. Everything I could find online similar to what worked best for her in rehab was unavailable for… delivery for atleast a week – way too long for my mom’s medical needs. Thankfully, my mom’s rehabilitation specialist was able to find the right equipment necessary at 101 Mobility late in the afternoon. Ken was willing to deliver that equipment to my parent’s home within a couple hours! Thank you so much, Ken! You made my mom’s homecoming safer and so much easier for everyone involved. And most importantly, you helped restore my mom’s confidence in her ability to return home. It may have seemed like a simple day on the job for you, but it meant the world to our family. “101 Mobility made things easier for me! From collaborating with them on what I would like to them being flexible to schedule conflicts due to the below freezing weather! They were extremely helpful, especially since I was in the hospital during this time. The date that they were rescheduled for was when I was being discharged from the hospital, which caused a bit of worry that they wouldn’t be done when I got home. They started about 10… o’clock and was finished by the time I got home, 2 hours later! “Mr. Aschoff’s 101 Mobility is a first rate exceptional firm in the chairlift business. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Aschoff and his team upon my arrival in the Des Moines area seven years ago. His firm installed a new chairlift here for my wife and me. On a related note, I had a chairlift that I had had in Chicago which I brought here for reinstallation. I had been sold this chairlift by one of the major national firms in the industry as… being “reversible” left side to right side. As it turned out, the unit I bought was one side only. Thus, I needed to purchase a new unit from Mr. Aschoff for his team for installation which was “reversible”. It worked great. Maintenance after the sale was great as well. Then, lo and behold, my wife and I had to move. At the new place, the unit had to be installed opposite hand from its prior position. Mr. Aschoff’s team installed the unit at our new place, and it worked perfectly. I cannot provide enough good things to say about Mr. Aschoff and his team. They are first rate. “When I called to see if 101 Mobility could help with some device for my 97 year old father having problems with going upstairs with his knees. Ken came & gave a quote for a stair lift to the 2nd floor. “101 mobility has been a godsend to us in renting us a stairlift (a chair that travels up and down the stairs on a rail system) in connection with a foot surgery requiring that no weight be placed on the affected foot for 6 weeks. “101 Mobility Heros I can not say enough about the amazing service with 101 Mobility. My family and I were in Coralville for a few long, cold days … walking to venues. Unfortunately, I left the charger for my chair at home. I called several places with no luck. I could make appointments and spend lots of money. But these places lacked knowledge of any kind and no guarantees. I was extremely frustrated at this point. Thankfully, Google directed… me to 101 Mobility. But this time someone actually answered the phone from the office AND … they were so knowledgeable and friendly!!! I asked if we could stop in and have my chair looked at. Absolutely, we could!!! Fast forward … Ken had a charger and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Ummm … I have a bum wheel, and I need to find a nut for it.
