“Today after 9 years of working great my Bruno chair lift stopped working. I called at 8:30 am when they opened and left a message it was returned right away and service was scheduled that same day between 11 am and 3 pm. Jordan arrived at 10:30 am and professionally found my problem as worn motor brushes and worn out batteries. the chair was repaired and back in service in about an hour. the parts was fair priced and after a google search I could… not have went out on my own and purchased batteries any cheaper. She rescheduled a group of her workers to come and diagnose my chair problem that very afternoon.The chair needed new batteries,and the chair started working by 4:30P.M.that afternoon.
