The products are great. But most of all I appreciate the customer service that 101 mobility provides. I called 101 mobility on a Sunday morning & the maintenance man came first thing on Monday morning to fix the stair lift. It is crucial that my husband has the lift working at all times because he cannot climb up or go down stairs.
