“Starting with the first information visit with David, I was impressed with the low-pressure “sales” call. He took time to explain the product and answer my questions. He knew I was going to have appointments with a couple of other suppliers of stair lifts. David knew the product and returned a second time to answer more questions. He also was the one who installed the Bruno Elan lift.
