She even arranged for mean to contact five customers in which I called three and got very positive ratings. She also arranged for me to see a stalled unit near where I live and take a Test drive. “Yesterday was challenging for my wife whose vertical platform lift wasn’t working. We needed to leave to meet friends out of town, and my wife somehow managed to get down the two steps from the house level down to the garage level. On our way to meet friends, we called 101Mobility for help. They quickly put two people in touch with us, each of whom suspected the same issue causing the problem. Within a couple of hours, I got a call from a… service tech. I was able to raise my garage door remotely, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He called to let me know he was done and even reminded me to close the garage door. Once we got home a few hours later, the lift was working properly.
