“Everything about this experience with 101 Mobility was exactly as promised. The time for delivery, the cost, the time for installation, the performance of the elevator and our happiness with the entire project matched 100% what 101 Mobility said in advance. In other words, there were NO unpleasant surprises. It took a while, but we knew in advance that it would. The finished installation is beautiful. Oh, there was one thing we weren’t prepared… for — it made a lot of noise near the top of the hoist. Otherwise it was quiet. The installer told me they all do that for the first couple of weeks until the cables and drums conform to each other. Once again, what they promised came true — the elevator after two weeks now runs quietly ALL the way up and down. Our “grocery cart” from Amazon came yesterday and fits the Trio easily. The installer that came to install it was very, very professional and clean cut. He installed it and instructed us on its uses and features. From the very first interaction (sending an inquiry via their website and getting an answer the same day) to their installation… I can’t say enough great things… But I will try. Within the same week that I sent an inquiry, they sent Chris out to look at my parent’s house and what our needs were. He was so patient and kind and listened to my mother’s concerns for my dad’s mobility as well as mine. He even… was prompt to take into consideration the overall health of my father and ask me separately to ensure we were making a financially sound option in the case his health would quickly deteriorate…. Which was very touching and appreciated. He worked through multiple scenarios inside and outside and even gave recommendations to the equipment we already had to use in conjunction with a ramp they could install. He was very thorough and did not rush us. He was prompt with sending us quotes and easy to reach via email and phone while making final decisions. We opted for me to stop by their office and make the payment and the office staff were so very kind!! Yet again another wonderful experience and interaction. Then the installation day!! Unfortunately I’m drawing blank on the name of our installer but he was wonderful! He showed up on time… Which is always great. Then he worked diligently and quickly and was very kind. I can honestly say from start to finish they have been amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!! I am going to include some pictures of the ramp they installed for us.
