“Everything about this experience with 101 Mobility was exactly as promised. The time for delivery, the cost, the time for installation, the performance of the elevator and our happiness with the entire project matched 100% what 101 Mobility said in advance. In other words, there were NO unpleasant surprises. It took a while, but we knew in advance that it would. The finished installation is beautiful. Oh, there was one thing we weren’t prepared… for — it made a lot of noise near the top of the hoist. Otherwise it was quiet. The installer told me they all do that for the first couple of weeks until the cables and drums conform to each other. Once again, what they promised came true — the elevator after two weeks now runs quietly ALL the way up and down. Our “grocery cart” from Amazon came yesterday and fits the Trio easily. Laundry and bags of groceries will ride in there and we’ll continue to happily live in our two story house. Thank you Mr. Stiltz. Thank you 101 Mobility.”
