Tonia brings heart, humor, and a deep sense of purpose to her role at 101 Mobility, where she helps individuals and families across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware find safe, accessible solutions for their homes. With a background spanning manufacturing, administration, and senior care, Tonia has always gravitated toward roles that let her make a meaningful difference—especially for those with disabilities or mobility challenges.

Growing up alongside a family member with Cerebral Palsy, and later caring for her own parents, Tonia knows firsthand how life-changing it can be to make a home safer and easier to navigate. Whether she’s helping a customer age in place with a stair lift or coordinating ramp rentals after surgery, she treats every client like family.

Her favorite part of the job? Hearing someone say, “I finally slept in my own bed again.” She’s quick to laugh with her team and even quicker to lend a hand—because for Tonia, this isn’t just work. It’s a way to give people back their independence and dignity, one lift or ramp at a time.
