Davida Schnebelen

My name is Davida Schnebelen, but to friends and family, I’m known as Dee. I joined as the Customer Care Manager in 2021 and was recently promoted to Senior Customer Care Manager at our Wilmington office. Coming from a family rooted in the customer service industry, I’ve dedicated 25 years to this field. Managing the day-to-day operations here is a responsibility I take very seriously. I genuinely care about our clients and their caregivers, understanding the challenges and stress they face in caring for loved ones. It’s truly an honor to support those who are helping others, and I’m proud to be part of a team that recognizes the importance of what we do.

Having cared for my ailing grandmother, been closely involved with hospice, and witnessed my sisters-in-law tending to my in-laws in their final months, I understand firsthand how challenging and demanding caregiving can be. It’s a profound honor to care for those who have cared for us, and I hold deep respect for keeping my customers mobile and comfortable.

My family relocated to Southeastern NC in 2018, and it’s been the best decision we’ve ever made. I had longed for the southern culture and hospitality for most of my life. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me at the beach with my husband of 24 years, our Jeep, and our two German Shepherds, enjoying a good book. Being a mom to my three adult children is my greatest achievement, and I’m especially proud to be a Coast Guard mom to my eldest. I also mentor young adults through my church ministry, serve as a group leader for weekly college gatherings, and participate in weekly Bible study. I give God the glory for all I do and for the opportunity to help others.
