With a background in coaching, Caitlin thrives in team environments and brings that same energy to helping customers regain safety, independence, and mobility at home. From managing equipment and warehouse logistics to supporting installs and speaking with families, Caitlin is hands-on and customer-focused. Her favorite part of the job? Seeing the relief on customers’ faces when their new stair lift, ramp, or mobility solution is installed.
