Frank, the salesperson, was very personable and took all pictures and measurements at the time of the consultation should we decide to go with this company. “Not all heroes wear capes—some show up in a company van in under 90 minutes and wield a spare battery like a magic wand! 🪄⚡️ Back in 2019, 101 Mobility installed three stairlifts in my townhouse, and every single interaction with them since has been top-tier. Friendly, honest, efficient, and wildly knowledgeable. Fast forward to last night: my lift suddenly decided to take an unscheduled strike. Naturally, I called them up today, and… in a record-breaking 90 minutes, their technician was knocking on my front door. Seven minutes. That’s all it took. Seven glorious minutes to swap out the battery and get me moving again! 🏃‍♀️💨 Most importantly: I can reach my bathroom again! 🎉🚽 (A detail you truly don’t appreciate until it’s temporarily taken away from you!)
