“I had booked a 12 foot wheelchair ramp. To my disappointment you sent me home with a 10 foot ramp which did not allow us to attain the 2:12 minimum recommended slope. Did not realize the problem until we got home from the hospital and there was no time to rectify the situation. I had to get help from a neighbor to get my wife safely into our house.
