Helpful and personable office and technical staff. Knowledgeable and work completed quickly. A smooth transaction from start to finish.

Well built ramp installed by two knowledgeable installers who were courteous and freely explained everything they were doing. The price was fair and the installation took about 2 hours as they had predicted. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Matt has been great….always available and is a world-class service technician! He is honest and sincere as well as being friendly, intuitive and sympathetic to any and all problems or concerns we might have.

I came in for a service call and was met by smiling and helpful people. They listened to my concerns and completed my request for service while I waited. Next is batteries for my wheelchair. Thank you Stephanie Very helpful group.

101 Mobility was able to set up our ramps the morning right after I called with my inquiry. Other companies needed up to a week to do the job.

Very QUICK service!! Had to change out a ramp to my patio and add one for my porch and everything went very smooth.

Installer was great, good conversation. Process of picking a ramp and setting up installation was very easy. Would recommend to associates

Kurt was very professional and always made sure to call ahead of time, or to let me know where things were at in our order. He gave very clear information and kept us in the loop on each step.

Service was punctual and the installation of the ramp was able to be completed quickly and as expected. Everyone involved was very friendly and helpful throughout the process from obtaining a quote to the actual installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a variety of ramps, including threshold ramps, portable ramps, and aluminum modular ramps. We offer residential and commercial ramp solutions. Our experts can help you determine the best ramp based on the height of the steps, the mobility device you use, and your personal preferences.

Some of our ramps are designed to be portable and can be easily moved or adjusted as needed.

Measure the distance from the top step/landing to the ground (RISE). ADA recommendation is to have a 1:12 slope. This is a foot of ramp for every inch of rise. For example, if you need a ramp to the porch and it is 24” from the ground, you will need a ramp approximately 24’.

Residential ramps are 36” wide and have two-line handrails. Commercial ramps are 48” wide and have handrails with vertical pickets. Commercial ramps must be used in public buildings.
