“I lived here from April 2025 to April of 2026, and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is friendly, and maintenance is excellent! The grounds are taken care of, things are kept clean, and any issues with maintenance or otherwise are addressed promptly. The units are spacious and updated, and the location and perfect. I would absolutely be a tenant here again, and am grateful I had the chance to live here!”

At times, these issues were severe enough that I considered moving to a community that demonstrated more care for its tenants. However, my perspective has changed significantly since Helleny joined the office. She is exceptionally kind, empathetic, and truly cares… about the residents and the condition of our living spaces. She performs her due diligence to ensure that apartment issues are addressed in a timely manner.
