Meet Our Team

Cindy Gilles Bambauer and Moira Clark Bonn are both lifelong Cincinnatians. They are passionate about helping people, are committed to operating their business with integrity, are focused on providing the right solutions and exceeding customer expectations. Cindy and Moira met while in high school at Ursuline Academy. Cindy is a graduate of Bowling Green University and she and her family live in Montgomery. Moira is a graduate of John Carroll University and Xavier University and she and her family reside in Madeira.

Carrie is our customer care and operations manager who has a background in human resources and education. She is the caring voice at the end of the phone or across the table when consulting to find the best safety solution for a loved one. She is married and the proud mother of three college age boys,

Kathy is a part-time employee who has a background in banking and is now semi-retired. She loves helping customers on the phone. Kathy is an avid sports fan that loves spending time with family and traveling.

Mike is a certified technician that enjoys working with people and helping to make their homes and businesses safer. He enjoys spending time with family and friends on the new deck he built in his backyard, or traveling with them to new places like Jamaica or Mexico.

AJ has a strong mechanical background and enjoys working with families and installing accessibility equipment. He is married and a devoted "dance Dad" for his two young daughters, loves to skydive and scuba dive.

Scott has a strong mechanical background after many years in the auto industry. Besides spending time with his wife and daughters, he loves to take long rides on his motorcycle.

Herschel is our lead technician and has been installing mobility and accessibility equipment for many years. His first career was in commercial construction as an iron worker and supervisor. Herschel enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and is the proud father of three sons and one grandson.  Herschel is the 2020 Techinician of the Year for the entire 101 Mobility Network in the United States and Canada.

Jim Bonn is the owner of Bonn Builders and a certified aging in place specialist.  He has over forty years of residential and commercial building experience. Jim is married to Moira and the father of Chandler and Aidan. He spend his free time with family and friends, traveling and hunting.

Jeff is a mobility consultant that has a background in construction and social work. As a lifelong Cincinnatian, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he played football and soccer, and went on to play professional indoor soccer. Jeff is still very active in sports, is a licensed realtor, rehabs houses, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
