“Writing on behalf of my stepson, daughter-in-law, wife, and myself. We had the Bruno stairlifts installed on behalf of my daughter-in-law. 101Mobility is local to where they live, as was the installer. We got excellent service and follow up from Dom, Laura, and the installer, Miguel, and my stepson and daughter-in law are happy with the equipment. In addition, as my stepson wasn’t available on the day of installation, Dom arranged for Miguel to… come back after my daughter was released from rehab and came home, to go over operation of the equipment, and provide information regarding service and the warrantees. Dom was extremely patient and reasonable with us after we changed from a custom stairlift to 2 standard stairlifts. Based on our experience, we would recommend 101Mobility without hesitation.”
