“Holy Cow these folks (Kelly) are/is AMAZING !! I live in a two story home and I’m needing to have a hip replacement surgery and most likely a second one as well. I was getting bids for a stairlift. I had an appointment scheduled with Leaf Home Safety Solutions. It felt like instant sales pressure. The retail price was $10,346 😳after “discounts” it was $7005. Kelly from 101Mobility called just before Leaf arrived… She had a couple… appointments already but was going to make happen for me. She kept asking questions… Great questions… Fact finding questions and then she stopped and mentioned renting 😳 Another Holy Cow.. Whoda Thunk ? After a year it was just going to collect dust so why not? She could have made a butt load on a retail sale, but she didn’t. She put the customers (me) needs ahead of the business. “We have a Bruno SRE-3000 chair lift that came with our house that stopped working. I called these guys and them came right out and fixed it. We did not know that it is supposed to be plugged in at all times. If you unplug it apparently it ruins that batteries. We did not know that. They replaced the batteries and then gave the whole unit and tune-up and made sure it was safe. Friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgable and they really care because… they know that people that own these really need these for quality of life. Bravo. They did exactly what I wanted.
