The installer’s willingness to answer questions and show me in inner workings of the chair unit. The responsiveness when the original chair unit did now work quite as it should have out of the box and showing me work around so we could use the chair until replacement arrived. I will recommend 101 Mobility to anybody I may come across needing a stair chair lift.

The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. The materials were in stock so we were able to get our ramp installed within two days of agreeing to the quoted price. The materials used were high quality and ADA approved. Installation was quick, just over an hour. The work area was kept clean. The Installer was on time, quick, and efficient. “I have lived here for a couple months now and have to say it’s been great! I have the A2 townhouse floor plan and it is a super good value. Awesome / spacious upstairs loft for a home office and high ceilings. Love the attached garage as well. Really hard to beat the location, I feel like I’m 5-10 minutes from everything (restaurants, stores, the mall, parks, the highway). Everyone is super friendly and there is a little walking path around a… private pond in the back of the community. I’ve done my due diligence, this is the best apartment community from here to midtown CLE.”

He can even spell his name! So cool. The directors, Ms. Jess and Ms. Debbie, are wonderful women who have really gotten to know our family and our son. He adores them both, as do we, but his favorite is Ms. Kristen! Ms. Kristen has developed a special and beautiful… relationship with our kid. He learns from her, talks about her all the time at home, and gets excited even to see her car in the parking lot. The food is nutritious and varied. The facility is always clean, well-kept and smells good! This is not true of all preschools! We can drop in anytime, and I love being able to watch his classroom on the parent-only camera system!
