“I highly recommend 101 Mobility. Needed to get some stair lifts installed on the basement steps for my elderly mother as soon as possible. Scott S came over for the consult and I really appreciate his expertise and friendly demeanor. I had even been told by a different company that the width of the doorframe at the top of the steps would be a problem and that it would need an additional “kit” for $500. I mentioned this to Scott and he told me… that wouldn’t be needed at all. The installation was set up quickly, and Tyler W did a great job, he was very proficient and friendly. I’m very happy with the finished result. Their pricing is also very comparable, if not lower, to standard quotes that I had researched. “Great experience from initial visit by Scott to the stair lift installation by Tyler.”

“We thought we had a dead battery (the battery is 4 years old) and called 101 Mobility to have the unit serviced. Tyler was very professional and after examining the unit explained to my wife that the batteries were ok and the contacts between the chair and the rails were dirty in two areas. He cleaned the rails and explained the operation of the lights and what to look for. Total cost was just that of a service call. Our stair lift is nine years… old and in its 2nd home.
