This is problematic for those of us with arthritis. I've already found myself stopping and starting the lift process in between floors because I cannot maintain such a high amount of force on the buttons to make the lift operate. Why can't you make the buttons easier to push and hold? This is the major reason why I might not encourage someone else to look at your product.
