In 2014, 101 Mobility® businesses served over 10,000 people, including military veterans, children, and adults with mobility-related disabilities, as well as the elderly. - Wheelchair-Adaptive Halloween Costume Parade for Codington Elementary
Nearly three years ago, a contact at a local disability resource center introduced 101 Mobility to Ms. Bishop, a Specially Designed Academics – Daily Living teacher at Codington Elementary. Ms. Bishop envisioned a fun and social experience for her kids; 101 Mobility saw an opportunity to make the world’s coolest adaptive costumes. The Costume Parade is now a much-anticipated annual event for students, staff, locals, and the press. - Army Staff Sergeant Dillman Gets a NEW and Fully Accessible Home
Homes for Our Troops (non-profit) gathered support in Tampa, FL, to build Army SSG Dillman a fully accessible home due to injuries sustained in Afghanistan. Watch your favorite support team members at corporate headquarters take on buckets of ice in a chilly pool of water! 101 Mobility raised money to help combat ALS/ Lou Gehrig’s disease and challenged others to do the same.
