With a background in office administration, marketing and publicity in the hospitality and travel industries her experience has allowed her to wear many “hats” and offers numerous value-added skills to the team. Once described as an iron-fist in a velvet glove, Dyan understands the scheduling, administrative and client relationship demands of a busy office and ensures everything is completed to the highest standards and the finest detail. When she isn’t at the office, Dyan can be found long distance walking, gardening or painting.
